Transaction Fee Update

When charging a transaction fee for a seller or buyer, you must now indicate that as part of the commissions. For example, on a listing agreement if you are asking for a transaction fee of $250, you will no longer place it in the blank on page 3, paragraph 5 D,3. You will note it in the blank of page 2, paragraph 5 A, 2. The blank should read, 3% of the sales price plus $250 transaction fee.
If asking for a transaction fee with a buyer, you would indicate that on the buyer's representation agreement on page 3, paragraph F 3.

KW RED DAY

Many thanks to all who particpated in this year's Red Day. We had approximately 80 agents from our office, KW Northeast and KW Professionals meet at Arrow Ministries. We divided into teams and painted, power washed and spruced up the yard. It was fun and a great positive experience. Arrow has told us how much they appreciate the man hours we donated that day. We took care of all their spring cleaning projects! Some of you weren't able to be there with us but donated money and we want to thank you so much for helping us to purchase the supplies for our day.
On Red Day Saturday we served approximately 100 people and it was rewarding to mingle, serve food, play games and listen to music together. Thanks Team for helping us to give back in such a big way.
