Showcase Update

Hi Everyone!
I received an email from Lee Byrd – he’s the one that puts our Keller Williams Showcase of Homes Magazine together. He has worked to add the magazine data to the KWLS via Single Entry so you don’t have to re-add everything, According to his current database, only 10% - 20% of the listings have been updated.


Please take a moment to:
1. Log into the Single Entry website.
2. Click on the Manage Listings tab
3. Click on the Enhance Listing for each listing.
4. Scroll down to the bottom of the data entry screen, it’s the last 2 fields on the right side under the tax information.
5. Type in the Ad Headline and the Ad copy.
6. Scroll down to the very bottom, and enhance!

Please do this as soon as possible, otherwise when he pulls the data to start building the magazine, the verbiage will be pulled from the MLS public remarks and will be cut off!
